How do you hook up a terminal to the DECstation 3100?  What are the
hardware and software steps that need to be performed.  I have looked
through the Ultrix documentation, and I am still unsure how to do this.
The installation documentation refers me to the operating system
documentation, but I can't find the appropriate section.  If you can point
me to the correct manual and section, I can probably take it from there.
