Does anyone know of any 3rd party erasable magneto-optical SCSI drives that could be used (or kludged to work) with the decstation 3100 in the above configuration? The optical drive would be used both for user (and possibly system) files and as a backup/archiving device (in lieu of a tk50 or tk70). A tk50 drive can be borrowed for software installation, if necessary. Any assistance/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Please respond via e-mail to anthony@csvax.caltech.edu if possible. Thanks in advance. Lawrence
