I've got TeX running on a HP800 (well at least virtex), but I need a dvi
driver for the laserjet II.  I have one from Volume 6 of comp.sources,
but it is for the old style *.PXL files (actually, for a HP1000, but it
wasn't too hard to get running on the 9000).  But I don't have .PXL
files, but the new tfm fonts like cmr10, etc.  Does anyone have a dvi
driver for the laserjet II that they can mail me (no FTP access) or know
where I can get one using UUCP?
