Nansi.sys is available from all well-stocked BBSes.  There is also
an ansi replacement called zansi.sys, which should be faster than
nansi.  Zansi is available as /pc/pd2/zansi12.arc from our
128.214.12.3 site at the University of Vaasa, Finland using
anonymous ftp.  Then there is ansi.com that was recently in
PC-Magazine.  That too, can be obtained from here as
/pc/pd2/ansi.zip.  Nansi is not in our collection.
