Take a look at the May 29, 1989 Info World, page 36.  The article
(looks like an HP product announcement) says the cartridge will
be released next week.  The phone number provided is 800-752-0900, for
HP Inquiries in Cupertino, CA.

The cost is supposed to be $195 for the Laserjet II cartridge.
They will also offer a pair of Deskjet Plus cartridges for $140.
