    Can anyone recommend a particular windows programming toolkit?  I have
    seen Metawindows and like its portability between graphics environments
    on the pc but would also like a good interface building toolkit. 
    I have seen Panel Plus but have heard of some bugs(?) that are hard
    to work around and I would like other features.  I have heard of
    C-windows but have not seen it.  Does C-windows have a good menu building
    toolkit?
