Hi,
   Is there such thing as an IO map for the PC (similar to the Interrupt
List).  The documentation I have shows some holes in the IO address space
(namely one from 0x0100 to 0x01ef).  I'm building a card that has to use
some IO and I need to be sure I'm not clobbering something important.
