Does anyone know how to turn footnotes from a file into part of the text
so when the file is turned into a DOS or ASCII file it isn't automatically
lost?  Since I upload from ASCII files to the IBM mainframe I have to use
the ASCII reduction function often and Im tired of having to copy and
move each footnote separately.  I think the same problem goes for ENDNOTES.
Please answer me directly if you can help.  And thanks in advance.
