Currently, I'm using the old version of Andrew Tobias' Managing Your Money, but I'm not very happy with it. In particular, when you balance your checkbook against your statement, you have no choice but to archive the transactions. Once the transactions are archived, it's very awkward to do anything with them. So, I am interested in hearing from people with experience with Quicken, in particular, or any other check-writing program. Please e-mail, and I'll summarize responses.
