Neither ProComm Plus TD nor ProComm is in the public domain.  Both are
copyrighted programs, offered as "shareware."  ProComm Plus TD (Test
Drive) is a partially inhibited version of ProComm Plus, offered
through BBS systems as a demonstration version of the full program.
