Someone who knows how to make "compress" for an Altos 2086 running
XENIX 3.4b ?
(Yes, I've tried defining "M_XENIX", "NO_UCHAR" and everything else...)

I *can* "compress" files, BUT they grow about 12% instead of being
compressed. Although it works fine if I use the "-b 12" option.

What am I doing wrong, and what shall I do to correct it?
