So tell me has ANYBODY actually SEEN one of the i860 Assembler manuals???? I have been told that they are listed in Intel's order system, but that they are "unavailable". I'd like to have one and I'd be happy to pay for it. Actually, I understand from a friend who works in a software development group at a large computer company (which has already announced a comittment to the i860) that even *they* don't have an i860 assembler manual yet! What gives? >-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- >DISCLAIMER: Intel pays me well for the opinions it wants; the other stuff > remains mine. Some of the latter is posted; it's worth what you paid for it. Ah, ha! So you work for Intel! Can you lay hands on an i860 assembler manual? > Crunch all the chips you want; we'll make more. It's hard to crunch 'em without the crunching instructions! :-) -- // Ron Guilmette - MCC - Experimental Systems Kit Project // 3500 West Balcones Center Drive, Austin, TX 78759 - (512)338-3740 // ARPA: rfg@mcc.com // UUCP: {rutgers,uunet,gatech,ames,pyramid}!cs.utexas.edu!pp!rfg
