I also bought my SE in Fall of '87 and most likely from the same place since I go to the same school, but maybe not. Anyway, I couldn't be more happy with my SE. I have not had a single problem with it. I got the free fan upgrade that reduced quite a bit of noise. I have system bombs everyday but that's only because I run a pretty funky system with a lot of inits and such. I'm happy. I hope to be able to afford Macintosh and Apple products in the future.
