If it helps, this is also the same cable that x one would use to connect a Hayes-type modem (with a DB-25) to an SE (or x other Din-8 equipped Mac). x NO NO NO! The Mac plus to DB-25 modem is NOT a standard null modem cable. The cable to attach a Mac SE to and Imagewriter I must be designated a Mac Plus to Imagewriter I cable. TO DO WHAT YOU SPECIFIED ABOVE REQUIRES THE USE OF A NULL MODEM ADAPTER!
