I used to use the following two sets of instructions to switch between trays
on a NEC.  It's been a long time, so I don't remember which one set which
tray (believe 0 sets the default tray).

serverdict begin 0 exitserver

statusdict begin 0 setdefaultpapertray

and

serverdict begin 0 exitserver

statusdict begin 1 setdefaultpapertray


They either have to be the first thing in a document and in PostScript style
in Word or you can send them using SendPS or any PostScript utility before
sending your document.  It's a kludge, but it works.
