Hi, Im looking for information on character generating on a personal
computer.  This would be used for a captioning system at my school.
We are upgrading our old system of generating captions from using one
very old apple and accompanying, just as old software, and a seperate
character generator.  We would like to do all of this on one computer,
"the cheapest".  Thats right we do have a budget :).  I would appreciate
it if along with any hardware recommendations, software help is needed
also.
