One of our office workers here is using an SE 20 to access one of our mainframes running VMS. She has a LaserWriter II NT connected directly to her SE. The communication program she is using is Kermit .9(36). Command-Shift-3 will produce a file like it is supposed to, but command-shift-4 does nothing. I suppose the problem is that command-shift-4 does not work with the LaserWriter. Is there any way we can work around this? please e-mail, or post any replies.
