We've had a lot of fun killing people in this simulation. It starts off with an appendectomy and if you do a poor surgical removal, the game will send you off to Med School. It gets even more complex after that. Software Toolworks has consistently released excellent games for the Mac- intosh, but this game I would rate up there with some of the Flight Simulators.
