Message-ID: <669@agsm.unsw.oz> Date: 31 May 89 02:57:44 GMT Organization: Australian Graduate School of Management Lines: 14 In message <4002@uhccux.uhcc.hawaii.edu> Mike Morton (msm@uhccux) reported problems in booting from the internal 80 Mb HD in his SE/30. I've suffered a similar problem on two occasions now, and similarly was able to boot from a floppy. Like him, I then used Apple HD SC Setup, which told me that there was no SCSI device attached. Without any physical movement of the machine, it later booted successfully from the HD. I haven't yet tried to get such an itermittent problem repaired, but I'm very interested in others' experiences.
