	Does anyone have a version of the ARC program found on the MS-DOS
	computers that will pack/unpack arc binaries on the macintosh?
	I need a compression program that will work under Vax Unix, 
	DOS clones, and the Macintosh. Source code would be great, but it 
	must be able to compile (perhaps with appropriate type changes)
	where int's & unsigned's are 32 bits.
