Timezones are described from files in /etc/zoneinfo.  In 0.9, create a link
from /etc/zoneinfo/localtime to the correct file for your timezone.  For
MST, try /etc/zoneinfo/US/Mountain.  Although you may want US/Arizona.

In 1.0, Preferences will allow you to set the timezone in a MUCH more
user-friendly way.
