I have completed making a set of Gnu Emacs bindings for the Alt
key to work like a Meta key.  But... these bindings only seem
to work for the right alt key, not the left alt key.  The
manual shows no difference between the escape sequences generated
by the left and the right alt keys.  Anyone encounter this
problem before?  solutions?  I am using a 4D-something.
