The server runs in conjunction with 4Sight, so GL, X and NeWS applications can share the screen. The version we have still has some bugs in it but is pretty usable. Unfortunately, the server only supports two display classes: STATIC-COLOR and monochrome, which means no RGB or modifiable colormaps. Perhaps these will be added in a future release. Does anyone from SGI know? Jim Helman Department of Applied Physics P.O. Box 10494 Stanford University Stanford, CA 94309 (jim@thrush.stanford.edu) (415) 723-4940
