The Wyse 99gt has various escape codes for shifting from one
emulation mode to another, but I can't find one for shifting
from ANSI (vt100) mode to Wyse native mode.
I need to put such a command into the termcap initialization
string, since the termcap entry is pretty useless if the
terminal is emulating a vt100 while I'm sending Wyse commands
to it.

Is there a way to get into native mode?
