Does anyone know of a terminal that comes anywhere near the following
specifications? (I know the TI LT220 is over $1000)

cost: $200-$250
comm: can accomodate built-in modem (at least 1200 baud)
prog keys: programable so has ability to do dial-in,login sequence
           (via the user doing one or two keystrokes)
size: preferably small but clunker okay
term emulation: vt52 or vt100 or vt220
