For the secondary drive, use /dev/fd1135ds18. For UNIX, I believe the device is /dev/dsk/f0q18dt but I'm not 100% sure. I haven't tried using a ramdisk, but I know that each time the system is brought up, you would need to run mknod, and then mkfs, and finaly mount the ramdisk just as you would any other device.
