I know default fonts have been discussed before, but I don't think
anyone ever answered this question.  I have an application that needs to
have a font set up, and needs to have the XID of the font.  Further the
font should be regionally appropriate (e.g., Kanji in Japan); I'm not
making any assumptions about the font.  I'd like to use the default
font for this, but I do need the XID.  Any ideas?
