OpenLook is NOT an Application Programing Interface(API).  It is a
look and feel spec.  Thus there are multiple API's which support the
same look and feel.  Suntool, aka View2, etc. is one of the API's.

Motif is both a look and feel and an API, however the look and
feel is largely that of the Presentation Manager.

The Presentation Manager is both a look and feel and an API
that is very different from the Motif API.
