This writes it into the file "followup". Now, I have an RMAIL file called "FOLLOWUP" which gets its "incoming mail" from "followup". To create FOLLOWUP, attempt "M-x rmail-input RET FOLLOWUP RET". Now, delete the FOLLOWUP buffer, and editing it as a normal file, insert the line "Mail: ~your-name-here/followup" in the header of FOLLOWUP.
