I have built emacs version 18.54 on an HP 9000/370 running HPUX 6.5.
When using it with X11R3 or with HPs distributed X11 version, the mouse
does not function properly unless I manually load x-mouse.el or
x-mouse.elc.

This does not occur on our Suns using the 18.54 version of emacs.
Anyone else seen this or have a soulution?
