We were off the net for a while so I am a little out of touch.  I seem to 
remember a call for discussion on a VMS News group due to the wide spread
use of Mr. Geoff Huston's product.  I am trying to implement this product
and would appreciate a news group devoted to this area.

Please let me know what became of the new news group idea.  Given the use
of the package I think that the response should be posted.  If not, then
mail to me at the *reply-to* address and I'll summarize in news.groups.
