Oh, I believe that such people exist. I'm one of them. But there are, on the other hand, people who are willing to break the law. In fact, there are a lot of them. In the past I've even worked for them. If you don't think this is significant, I think I can leave out a lot of discussion and just give you two words: "Software Piracy".
