Besides, just because someone is exercising their property rights doesn't mean they aren't doing something "wrong". I imagine a claim could be made that a restaurant putting up a "Whites Only" sign is only exercising their "property rights", but I'm definitely not going to stand up and praise them for their laissez-faire attitude.
