I believe that my .sig will allow only UUNET to charge for
redistribution of my articles.  I am only allowing them to charge
because I know that they only charge enough to pay for the cost of
doing so.
If anyone else is charging to redistribute, but is only charging for
expenses, you should post an article here so that I can figure out a
way to add you, or a better way to state it.
