Does anyone know the status of AM stereo broadcast radio in:

Canada

Australia

New Zealand

United Kingdom

Brazil

South Africa

I'm interested in whether or not there is one standard AM stereo system in
use and the growth of AM stereo stations and receivers in those countries.
A phone number to the appropriate government agency especially in Canada
and Australia would be most helpful.
