I have to apologize for the double posting of the HICNet Newsletter this  
week.  Dan Greening, who has been posting it was having problems with his  
account, and I didn't think he was going to get it out.  

Unfortunately, with mail delays he posted the newsletter, at the same time as  
myself, so there were duplicates this week.

We have resolved the difference so this should not happen again.
