Sure, on a good day (what else? :-) I'd get 5 minutes to kennedy and 15
downtown. If there's a problem it's longer though (same for elsewhere). By
downtown I mean bloor/younge subway stop. By car I make it down to work
(Younge and wellington (near King) in 20 - 30 minutes. I take Lawrence to the
DVP and down, off at richmond).  Hope this helps. By the way, I'd like to
avoid bridge financing when I buy my new place so I'll take 5000 off for
anyone who wants to close by june 29th. (That makes it 154,900).
