We're mainly interested in fault localisation and recovery (i.e. analysis of alarm messages), but we also might look at configuration and planning of networks. The goal of this project will be one or more demonstration systems. We're interested in pointers to work in this area (articles, books, reports, proceedings, etc). What are the labs of other telecommunication companies doing in this area? Are there any systems available in this area which we could use as a basis for our work (prototypes will do, preferably public domain)? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much. --- Ben Lippolt E-mail: BJ_Lippolt@pttrnl.nl PTT Research Neher Laboratories ..!hp4nl!dnlunx!lippolt PO.
