Stevie V3.69, posted to comp.sources.misc this past summer, does.  The
PC version buildable from that posting requires nansi.sys.  My "bios-only"
version of Stevie (to be mailed to Rahul this week) also supports 43 line
mode on EGA and 50 line mode on VGA (of course it does, what do you think
I was going to do, take it out?).
