It is a composite of a 1400Hz tone and a 2060Hz tone at about -12dBm. It is on for 0.1 second and then off of 0.1 second. While I'm at it... Ringback is 440Hz & 480Hz, 2.0 seconds on, 4.0 seconds off, -12dBm. Busy is 480HZ & 620Hz, 0.5 sec on, 0.5 sec off, -12dBm. Reoder is busy twice as fast (0.25 on, 0.25 off).
