1. How much overlap is there going to be between the articles posted
in these two different newsletters?  Have you considered just submitting
articles to the 'systems' e-letter?

2. If you go ahead with it, *please* call it something other than 
"E-Letter" so that it is immediately aparent that this is something
different than the other.
