I'm using JOVE 4.13.  It seems that in C mode, i can't tab over from the
beginning of a blank line.  Also, I can't force existing text over by
hitting the tab key on the first non-white character on a line.  Normal tab
insertion in the middle or at the end of a line works fine.

This problem seems to occur only on SPARC boxes -- our Solbourne and
SPARCstation.  I tried unsuccessfully to duplicate the problem on various
other machines.

My questions to the net:  Is this a known problem?  Has it been fixed in
4.14?  (What changes were made between 4.13 and 14?)
