	I have a copy of this from Raul. If anyone in the UK wants a
	copy please e-mail me and I will forward you a copy.

	I have also converted the plain text to look good in LaTeX.

	If anyone wants a copy of that please e-mail.

	(I am away from 22 Dec - 2 Jan so don't hold your breathe
