The last price I have says you can have it for $150. According to the info that I have, it allows one to dynamically link object files created by the Sun C compiler, and can also run stand-alone (without Unix). For the price, one gets source code, on-line documentation, and a printed manual. My experience with his Forthmacs product for the Atari ST suggests that his product for the Sun will be quite good.
