Couple of questions for the net...
1) How do you download non-existant fonts into a LW+ and LWII?  We're trying
to use specific fonts on all of our Sun Transcript printers out of troff.

2) We've noticed that on a LW+ printing with Interleaf cx driver, we can't get
the page margins correct.  With outside margin of .8 and inside of 1.12 we can't
print on the LW+ using Interleaf/Transcript interface, but will work with the
Interleaf/Varityper interface.  Is it the LW+ Postscript engine?  Would the
LWII work?
