WATERLOO.EDU is a valid BITNET domain. Assuming that the mailer at QUCDN is properly configured, your friend should be able to send to you directly on BITNET using the address MIKE@WATCSC.WATERLOO.EDU. The BITNET mail goes to MAILER@WATER.BITNET, which sends it on to you. Another route would be via the Internet, and again your domain address mike@watcsc.waterloo.edu should be sufficient.
