I hope that this is a problem with my hardware but others may want to try. Three things are required: 1. Disk activity (a .CMD file repeatedly running chkdsk or tree is fine) 2. Another source of interrupts (a .CMD file repeatedly copying a file to COM1 is fine--I had COM1 set to 9600 baud for this test) 3.
