I am trying a command of the type :
	TYPE FILENAME | MORE
in the DOS box.  It prints a screenfull and then gives me (in duplicate)
the following error messages:
	SYS0318 :  Message file OSO001.MSG cannot be found
	SYS0318 :  Message file OSO001.MSG cannot be found
Checking out 'help 318' (for the above message) reveals that I should
"Install the message file or specify its location with DPATH for OS2 or
with APPEND for DOS".  This presumably refers to the OSO001.MSG file
above. 
Could someone point out a (presumably obvious) solution to this?
