When running Quick Help in a PM text window using a monochrome VGA
monitor any (would-be) green text (e.g., for denoting a function's
parameters) does not show up against the black client window's
background.  There does not seem to be a command line option for
specifying colors to be used.

Another (less serious) problem: menu items do not get highlighted/
unhilighted correctly as you run the mouse over them.  

Can anyone suggest solutions to either problem?  Thanks.
