I think the National Bureau of Standards provides C code for
various protocols.  Do they have V.25bis dialing protocol?

Do they have a BBS you can call?  I remember they once sent me a
mag tape with x.25 on it.  It was really great and in C too.

Anyone have any contacts?  I'd like to look over a public domain version
of V.25bis type code in C.  Thanks.
